Cold/Trout Creek Watershed Day - June 5, 2011

End of Cattlemans Trail; 11:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m.
The Tahoe RCD has begun a new holistic conservation initiative that engages local residents & land managers in neighborhoods throughout the Tahoe Basin. The Community Watershed Partnerships first event will be held this June in our first sub-watershed of Cold and Trout Creek. Join us for BBQ, Guided Hikes, Music and Kids Activities. Community Weed Pull - June 30, 2011

Meet at Gatekeeper's Museum in Tahoe City; 4:30–7:30 p.m.
This will be a fun Thursday evening! We will be removing invasive plants, such as bull thistle from the banks of Lake Tahoe and the Truckee River. Please bring garden gloves if you have them.
